NFINIT Appoints Ashley Shaw as VP of Customer Success During High-Growth Phase
SAN DIEGO — July 19, 2021 — NFINIT, a leading provider of hybrid cloud solutions, connectivity, and colocation, announces the appointment of Ashley Shaw as Vice President of Customer Success. The San Diego-based executive joins NFINIT’s leadership team to spearhead the company’s customer success program during a period of high growth and continued evolution.
“During the exciting evolution NFINIT is undergoing, Ashley Shaw is the perfect fit for this executive-level position, with her impressive list of accomplishments and customer-first focus,” said Phil Kenney, NFINIT’s CEO. “Ashley’s leadership will be pivotal in keeping us focused on our top priority: our customers. Their success is our success, and Ashley will help to ensure both.”
Shaw has served as Director of Client Services at TrueCommerce, a software eCommerce business, and held various positions at ecUtopia, a rapidly growing cloud-based supply chain management company owned by TrueCommerce. With experience in customer care, account planning, project management, and consultative selling, Shaw joins NFINIT with more than six years of experience in the technology sector, much of which was spent managing client services.
“NFINIT is a thrilling company to join right now with its notable reputation for customer support and its consistent upward trajectory,” said Shaw. “With all the change and uncertainty of the past 18 months, many organizations are in the process of shifting their business models and IT environments. NFINIT is at the forefront of much of this change in IT management and services. Joining NFINIT will allow me to leverage my expertise to assist our customers with their evolving business needs through the use of technology.”
After launching a new brand in February 2020 to reflect the evolution of the company into a full-stack technology services provider, NFINIT expanded in Phoenix in September, released a new suite of object storage solutions in December, and appointed Phil Kenney as CEO in January. Over the past two years, NFINIT invested over $15.5 million in technology platforms, network, and facilities. The company, which recently earned the #27 spot on the 2021 Channel Futures MSP 501 list, anticipates additional new product and customer service rollouts in 2021.
