Does the NFINIT website use cookies? If so, how are cookies used on the website?

Does NFINIT sell Personal Information it receives?

In its normal course of business, NFINIT does not sell personal information we receive, and therefore, it is unnecessary to provide a way to opt out of the sale of your personal information. As we continue to develop our business, we might sell or buy businesses. In such transactions, client information generally is one of the transferred business assets but remains subject to the promises made in any pre-existing Privacy Notice (unless the client consents otherwise). Also, in the event that NFINIT or substantially all of its assets are acquired, client and non-client information will be one of the transferred assets. If you do not want your personal information transferred in the event of a sale of NFINIT or a business owned by NFINIT, you can request to have us delete any data we have about you. Clients can access the information below through the NFINIT Client Portal or by contacting an NFINIT representative. Examples of information Clients can access include:

  • your name, email address, physical address, phone number, and other similar contact information 
  • usernames, aliases, permissions, and other authentication and security credential information
  • your Service Order, certain service usage data, billing, and payment history 
  • payment settings, such as payment and billing preferences
  • tax information 
  • Service email communication and notification settings

 

Security


We take precautions to protect your information both online and offline. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

 

  • When you submit information via the website, your information is protected during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts information you input. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar next to the address of the Web page.
  • We follow the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) when handling credit card data.

How will I know about changes in the Privacy Policy?


NFINIT reserves the right to update this privacy policy from time to time.

We may e-mail periodic reminders of our notices, but you should check our Web site frequently to see recent changes. If you do not want to receive Terms of Service and other legal notices from us, such as this Privacy Notice, those notices will still govern your use of nfinit.com and NFINIT services, and it is your responsibility to review them for changes. We will never materially change our policies and practices to make them less protective of client information collected in the past without notifying and receiving the consent of affected clients.
